Log in to Proassetz, go to funds/wallet section, click on deposit of a particular coin/token/funds you need to deposit, generate an address, copy the address and paste the same from where you wish to send the same coin/token/funds.
Please note all coins needs a minimum numbers of confirmations for the above, it might take some time depending on the blockchain process.
