Log in to Proassetz, go to funds/wallet section, click on withdraw for a particular coin/token/funds you need to withdraw, paste an address (address is required to send the same in a particular wallet/exchange) and initiate the same, keeping in mind all security steps.
Please note all coins needs a minimum numbers of confirmations for the above, it might take some time depending on the blockchain process.
