Proassetz will automatically initiate the withdrawal process as soon as you click the Withdrawal Confirmation button in your Email. Once initiated the withdrawal can’t be stopped, it won’t be possible to locate where your funds have been sent. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address, Proassetz will not be able to recover it for you. Please try and locate or contact the recipient of your funds. If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/memo/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your Transaction ID to manage and return your funds.
