I made a transaction from Proassetz to another Exchange/Wallet, but I haven’t received my funds yet. Why?
If you face an issue where your withdrawal is missing, please check the corresponding log in the Withdrawals History.
A Transaction ID will be generated within a few minutes, indicating that The Exchange has begun the transfer on the blockchain. When you see the Transaction ID, please click on the TxID to check its status and confirmations on the blockchain. Please follow the steps:
If the blockchain shows that the transaction is not confirmed, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete.
If the blockchain shows that the transaction is already confirmed, which means that Proassetz has transferred coins successfully. If you still face any issue, please contact the destination address/exchange.
If a TxID has not been generated for more than 7 hours. Please reopen the ticket and attach: Withdrawal history screenshot with the transaction.We’ll try to solve it as soon as possible.
