To enhance the security of users' accounts, Proassetz uses a security authentication method: Google 2-step verification (2fa). Please only disable Google 2FA for the following reasons. It is strongly advised to activate your account to Google 2-step verification.
1. Lost Google two-step verification code and can't login to Proassetz account, please follow the following steps.
（1）Reset Google two-step verification code with Google Secret Key.
If you have saved your Google Secret Key and cannot log in to your account, please re-bind Google 2-Step Verification with the key in your mobile application "Google Authenticator". After rebinding, you can directly enter the 6-digit verification code to log in your Proassetz account.
For old device
<1> Please delete the original Proassetz account on your mobile Google Authenticator Application, and re-bind it with the Google Secret Key.
<2> Or uninstall Google Authenticator Application, then re-install it, rebind your Proassetz account with Google Secret Key.
For new device
Please download Google Authenticator Application, then bind your Proassetz account to it with the Google Secret Key.
